Returns and exchanges

Final sales items cannot be returned for refunds.

We hope you enjoy your purchase; however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return/exchange an item. Please follow the simple steps below to return or exchange you item.

You must email to for receiving the authorisation and form for your return or exchange.

You must return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition and in its original package unalterate/unopened packaging. Items must be in new condition (free of odour, cosmetics, marking etc.) We know that hosiery-tights-socks are personal. We therefore take an extra care to inspect and test all returned items to insure they are in new and pristine condition before returning anything to our inventory.

Please note because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn to be eligible for an exchange or refunds, the merchandise must be returned in the original package(unopened packaging)  in his original condition (unalterate)  unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form.

Returns may accept within 30 days from the shipped date. Please note that return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.

Boutique cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to Boutique

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited (they will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase) and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
